This section is an expansion project of West Road, which has a certain impact on the original traffic of West Road. During construction, we will line up people to maintain traffic and keep it smooth to reduce the impact of construction on traffic.

(3) Safety and civilized construction

The scope of construction of this section is large, and the road is surrounded by farmland, villages, fish ponds and rivers. Develop effective safety and civilized construction measures during construction to ensure the smooth progress of construction.

(4) Control of cost

The project is large in quantity, tight in schedule, and requires parallel construction of multiple working surfaces, which requires a large amount of construction resources and funds, therefore, good cost control is one of the management priorities of this project.

2、Key engineering technology

(1) Soft foundation treatment

All the roadbeds of this project need to be treated with soft foundation, and the construction technology of vacuum joint preload consolidation method is the technical focus and difficulty of this project. The good or bad roadbed treatment directly affects the later pavement structure and drainage pipes.

(2) Construction of roadbed

This area is a soil deficiency area, most of the backfill of the roadbed is sand-filled and requires clay wrapping treatment.

Control of uniform settlement of roadbed. Since part of the roadbed location is a fish pond, the contact surface between the pond embankment and the fill in the backfilling process is one of the key points of the roadbed control.

(3) Pipe jacking construction

This project has four sections of sewage pipeline for cross Chung, designed using inverted siphon. As the inverted siphon pipe across the Chung, and pipe location is basically located in the silt layer, so the inverted siphon pipe jacking construction is one of the key points of drainage construction control.

Construction organization establishment
