The project is a key project of Baoding High-Tech Development Zone, integrating underground garage, above-ground commercial, office and financial center into a large commercial complex with artistic style of architecture. The project is to build a strategic development platform for national renewable energy industry around the "China Electric Valley" and to help "China Electric Valley - Low Carbon Baoding" to complete the transformation of economic growth mode.
The project is located in the national high-tech zone of Baoding City, Hebei Province, northeast of the intersection of the North Second Ring Road and Chaoyang North Street. The whole project is divided into two AB zones distributed in a circular belt, with 4 underground floors and 22 above-ground floors, with a total building height of 96.75 meters and a total construction area of about 170,000 square meters.
