North Central International Innovation Center is located at Guangyue Intersection of Wenshui East Road in Hongkou District, Liangcheng District, covering an area of about 38,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 200,000 square meters and a total investment of nearly 5 billion RMB. The project is designed by Gensler, a leading international design firm, and East China Metropolitan Institute, and consists of headquarters office, boutique commercial and rental residential properties, etc. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2024. The project will combine headquarters enterprise brand display, intelligent hardware application experience and intelligent manufacturing research and development industry-academia-research platform, and become a smart city integrating intelligent technology, 5G technology application and so on. A total of 55 units of equipment will be used, with a comprehensive range of ladder types, including 44 straight elevators, 10 escalators and one moving walkway.
