1、Implementation measures of construction management personnel

(1) According to the overview and characteristics of the project, the project department will arrange the professionals related to each sub-project of the project to be directly in charge of the construction of the sub-project on site.

(2) The project manager is stationed on site to coordinate the construction plan and arrangement of the whole project, to lead the management group of the project to carry out the construction of each sub-project, and to coordinate the cooperation work between the construction teams.

(3) Each management group must follow closely in each construction link to ensure the progress and quality of the whole project.

Especially in the construction of important links, the team leader of each management group is required to stay on site.

2、Labor guarantee measures

(1) The labor force mainly uses the workers of the company, and if needed, the civilian team with long-term cooperation with the company will be supplemented in an appropriate amount.

(2) Strengthen the education of construction personnel entering the site, including construction technology education and safety education, and make technical and safety briefing to labor personnel, so that all kinds of construction personnel are familiar with engineering technology points and safety points of attention.

(3) Match the site dormitory and various living facilities as soon as possible to ensure that the basic requirements of residence and living of the incoming labor force are met.

(4) The labor force is organized to enter the site in batches with the project. The first personnel to enter the site are construction management personnel, surveyors, material personnel and a small number of general workers who construct the temporary facilities; after the completion of the temporary construction, the earthworkers, mixing pile workers and bored pile workers will be organized to enter the site.
